I had a wonderful stay. The hotel was exceptional and wonderful, yet I stayed for 1 night only. The staff were superbly friendly and excellent and the restaurant was great! Loved the double room overlooking the city. The bed was extremely comfy, a bathtub worked well. It took me 10 mins to get to the bus station...
Some of the staff were awful.

We got a room with a bathtub. The breakfast was great and offered variety of options. Everything was exceptional, but a few employees were awful. It was in a central setting close to the market.

The place is centrally located just a few meters from Porta Santa Maria, and our wheelchair accessible room had high ceilings and blackout curtains, which was perfect for us.

Loved the variety of food options, especially the pizza and sushi. The sports massage at the spa was divine. Kept me entertained with billiards and table tennis. The kids' club was a blessing, gave me some peace and quiet.
Just loved having to use the public transportation to get to the center of the city. So convenient and efficient.

I recently stayed at Simma Hotel for a few nights and had an amazing experience. The staff, especially Zarnigor and the other girls, were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure that my every need was met and provided excellent guidance and assistance throughout my stay. The hotel itself is large, clean, and well-maintained, with beautifully designed rooms and a spacious lobby. The restaurant in the hotel served delicious food, and Denara, one of the staff members there, was incredibly helpful. The hotel also has an in-house zoo with a variety of animals and birds, which was a unique and enjoyable feature. the European quality and service, combined with the friendly staff and great amenities, made my stay at Simma Hotel truly unforgettable.
I would recommend this hotel.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. the rooms were spotless and spacious, with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. One of the highlights was definitely the water park, with its large pool and thrilling water slides. It was the perfect way to relax and have fun during our weekend getaway.
The location of the hotel was a bit inconvenient, as it was situated away from the city center. This meant that it took around 15-20 minutes to reach the downtown area by car.
